If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed for shipping.

Returns are free of charge ;)

If you wish to return a product, you can do so within 14 days after date of delivery. 

Returns must be new in their original package.

If you wish to return via our website, follow these steps:

1. Click on the link https://go.ifreturns.com/pt/toh to initiate the exchange or return process.
2. Enter the order number (numbers only) and your registration email.
3. After accessing the order, select the items you wish to exchange/return.
4. You will need to provide a reason for your exchange/return and continue:
5. After completing your request, you will receive a protocol number and further instructions.

Returns will be accepted only if reported within 14 days from the date of delivery. (For consideration of holiday gifts, items purchased between November 15th and December 24th will be accepted for return until January 14, given all other guidelines are met.)
